Lucy is a certified public accountant and secretary with more than 30 years of experience in financial management. She is passionate about governance and believes that governance is not only a reserve for big companies but is especially vital for any startup/SME with ambitions to scale. She is the founder of Business Deepening Hub, a governance consultancy firm that is part of the SNDBX and provides audits, training, and implementation of governance structures. The SNDBX brings together a permanent residency of more than 20 professional disciplines under the same roof, all seeking to build the capacity and sustainability of SME’s. Lucy has an MBA from the Maastrict School of Management /Eastern Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
