Karl Hall is a Christ-follower, husband, dad, engineer, innovator, product development expert, and customer-obsessed leader with expertise in consumer product development and scaling, digital product development, finance, and supply chain management from startups to large-scale enterprises. He has worked at startups building physical goods as well as software, at multi-billion dollar firms, and at a global NGO leading a global innovation group. He is fortunate to also serve on the board of a Christian university, training up the next generation of change-makers, where he is chairman of the business, finance, and audit committees. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Trine University, a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, an MBA from the University of Colorado with a focus on innovation management, and a graduate diploma from the University of London and the London School of Economics in management.
