Phil Michael began his career working in communications at a local church in Cincinnati, OH, where he was exposed to both marketing and IT. He then entered the private sector, leveraging his growing marketing and IT skills, and transitioned to the dental field. There, he became General Manager and eventually COO of a multi-location set of dental practices throughout the city. He now works to blend the technical and creative aspects of the business to build efficient systems and processes while actively growing the company and leading the team with enthusiasm. His passion areas include negotiating favorable vendor contracts through successful relationships, fostering a God-honoring team culture that provides value and purpose for their 40+ staff members, and maximizing access to care for patients throughout the city. All the while, he maintains a healthy and consistently growing business. Phil’s Christian faith profoundly influences his work and life as he leads the team at Moorehead Family Dentistry and guides his family. He enjoys spending time in nature and playing percussion in the church band. Phil is tremendously supported and finds joy in living life’s adventures alongside his wife and two young kids.
