Steve Brookshire is a principal of PegasusAblon and oversees its day-to-day operations. Steve has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining PegasusAblon, Steve was the Managing Principal of Atlantic Financial Group (and its related companies), which closed over $7 billion of commercial real estate acquisitions and leases of office, industrial and retail properties across the country. Steve also served as Chief Financial Officer for the real estate development arm of The Beck Group, and he ran the Dallas office of Citibank’s commercial equipment leasing group. Steve began his career in Dallas, as a Texas CPA on the audit staff of Arthur Young. Steve graduated magna cum laude with a BBA. from Baylor University. He is actively involved in various social justice initiatives and has served in leadership roles on the boards of several local and international non-profit organizations. Steve is also engaged in various leadership roles within his church.
