After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Cynthia joined the Banking Industry, a career that spanned 15 years. She worked for Standard Chartered Bank, NIC Bank, and Equity Bank during this time.

Passionate about tapping human potential, Cynthia transitioned from a career in selling financial products to training while at Equity Bank. While at the bank, she worked with many SME and micro-enterprise clients who needed significant business development support to be investment-ready. She analyzed the gaps in their business, helped them prepare business plans, and created proper structures. Through that, her training career was born. Cynthia currently works as a trainer and coach with Sinapis Kenya and The Kenya School of Monetary Studies.

Cynthia is an active member of Toastmasters International and The League of Young Professionals’ Book Club.
