Penny is a facilitator, educator, coach, and consultant. As a facilitator, she supports various organizations in delivering or designing training content for entrepreneurs. In addition, she serves as an adjunct lecturer at Strathmore University Business School (SBS) and Strathmore Institute (SI), teaching the Social Entrepreneurship course and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation courses.

As a coach and consultant, she supports entrepreneurs in their early stages to develop dynamic strategic plans and helps them monitor their progress.
