Sylvie oversees the Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy, which trains entrepreneurs how to scale, sustainable SGBs. It’s a natural fit given her experience in research and in the field. At HOPE International, she launched the Malawi branch office, developed a network of microfinance banks and saving programs, and created several new products including an SME loan. Her formal education includes degrees for public policy, international business, and economics from Georgetown University, University of Geneva, and University of Richmond. Sylvie’s research on entrepreneurship and sustainable finance has advised the UN, academia, and impact investors. At Sinapis, she continues to apply her passion for entrepreneurial impact.
