Costa oversees the recruitment of entrepreneurs into the Sinapis programs under the GoBlue Now Project in Kenya’s Coastal region. She is an international development professional with 14 years of experience in project management, training, marketing, social entrepreneurship, and partnership development. While at Possibilities Africa, she was instrumental in developing strategies that led to expanding the organization’s work into new regions in Eastern and Southern Africa. Her experience in curriculum development, entrepreneurship training, and being a connector for entrepreneurs is an asset to our team. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Development at the University of Birmingham. Costa has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Moi University and is part of the Mashav Network with training from Weitz Centre, Rehovot, Israel.
