Dr. Noeline Kirabo is a personal and business development coach and consultant. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Kyusa, a for-Impact organization committed to improving the quality of life for youth at the margins of society through entrepreneurship development.

Dr. Noeline is a family therapist by training and a social entrepreneur by passion. She has fifteen years of experience working with children, youth, women, and community initiatives in the civil society sector. She has eight years of practice as a counseling psychologist and seven years of experience as a personal and business development consultant.

She is an author, TED Speaker, certified mentor, trainer, and life coach. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship Management, and has had the privilege of consulting for some outstanding companies in the East African region.
