Simon is the Founder and CEO of Enwealth Financial Services, starting with just about Kes.300,000 and now standing at Kes.90B in pension schemes assets under administration, Unit Trust Investments, and Insurance within 12 years. With a team of over 70 employees spread in Uganda, Kenya, and Mauritius, Enwealth has positioned its customer value proposition to achieve a lifetime of financial well-being and dignity for its customers through innovation and technology-driven services. Mr. Wafubwa is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Actuarial Mathematics Option) and a Stanford Seed entrepreneurship program alumnus. A member of ICIFA (Institute of Certified Financial Analysts) and the Pensions Management Institute of the UK and a graduate of MBA Strategic Management. He has been a council member of APTAK and a Part-time Lecturer (Pension Trustees Certification) at the College of Insurance (Kenya). Simon is married to Metrine and has been blessed with two children (Imani – 20 years & Kibali-10 years). He is a born-again Christian passionate about marketplace economic empowerment and transformation through ethical leadership based on biblical principles.
