With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with businesses to streamline operations, launch new branches, manage finances, execute strategies, and implement effective operating standards and procedures. A passionate entrepreneur and finance coach, Ngwing is a strong advocate for entrepreneurship as a tool to generate wealth and employment across Africa. She was a founding Director of B Lab East Africa and played a pivotal role in expanding its mandate to form B Lab Africa, serving the entire continent.

Ngwing has created and delivered impact-focused business training programs in various counties in Kenya and has supported businesses in raising essential capital for growth. A Commonwealth Scholar, she holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and International Development from the University of York, along with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, USA. She is also a licensed insurance professional in Kenya.
