He currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Sinapis, where he provides strategic and operational leadership to foster a thriving, values-driven, and high-performing organizational culture.

As an ICF Certified and Accredited Coach, Victor has worked with teams across East Africa to help them articulate clear vision and mission mandates and translate them into cultures that deliver meaningful results. He enjoys working with the Sinapis team and is passionate about the mission of making disciples and alleviating poverty through the power of entrepreneurship.
