He currently serves as the People and Culture Consultant, focusing on culture definition and development, team coaching, wellness, and development. As an ICF Certified and Accredited Coach, Victor has worked with different teams in East Africa in articulating clear vision and mission mandates and translating them into a culture that produces results. Victor enjoys working with the Sinapis team and is enthusiastic about the mission of making disciples and alleviating poverty through the power of entrepreneurship.
