Winnie serves as the Training Coordinator & HR Specialist at Sinapis, where she supports the East Africa People & Culture team and oversees training coordination in Kenya’s coastal region. With a heart for excellence and entrepreneurship, she ensures the seamless execution of training programs while helping to cultivate high-performing teams through thoughtful HR systems and practices.

A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K), Certified Human Resource Auditor (CHRA), and Certified SIYB-ILO Trainer, Winnie also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration with a double focus in HR Management and Marketing. Her career spans NGO and entrepreneurial ecosystems, with experience supporting GIZ, EU, USAID, and Pathfinder-funded projects. She brings deep expertise in training logistics, HR policy design and compliance, HR audits, employee relations, and performance management.

Winnie is passionate about building workplaces where people flourish and systems function with clarity and purpose.
