Please tell us a little about Katz PhotographyWe are Katz Photography, a portrait, and wedding photography business.As we all know, life gets busy. We get so caught up in our day-to-day schedules, that some of the most meaningful things in our lives start to slip away, such as friendships and relationships. To keep that from happening, it's important to make those connections a priority again.We help our clients slow down from their busy schedules and reflect on their lives, rediscover who they are, what they mean to each other and appreciate what’s happening around them through a photography documentary experience for them to relive and treasure these moments with portraits of artwork in their homes. We do this by asking them open-ended questions intended to evoke emotions and make them think about themselves and their relationships.We believe it’s our God-given purpose to bring the family unit together and change the world, one family, at a time.2. What inspired you to start this business?There was a general perception that wedding photographers in Kenya never honored their promise to clients.This happened to us during our wedding and we made it our goal to document weddings and deliver quality artwork on time.We became more passionate about this after spending more time with families and realizing that life pressure makes the little things that matter slip away unnoticed.We are passionate about relationships; working marriages and happy families.3. What has been the biggest impact that the Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy has had on you or your business?“Are you sure that God has called you in that business?” This question (which we were asked on the first day of the Entrepreneur Academy) provoked a lot of thinking. It hit us hard that we really did not know our purpose. We did a lot of soul searching and after talking to a couple of friends and former clients, it was clear that we were influencing the way they related with each other after a photography experience session with us.It was through Sinapis that our purpose became clear as it has helped us serve our clients better with a kingdom business approach.You can learn more about Katz Photography services and view their portfolio on their website here.
